Beyond One

Currently redefing the product experiences in telecom. Working in an aggregator has been a new experience allowing me to design experiences thats cuts across multiple brands

Product designer across post-purchase and customer support. Shipped a disputes flow that onboarded 7,000 merchants and auto-resolved 40% of reported issues, plus a CRM platform that saved the business $180K.

Media streaming

Designed streaming experiences across mobile, web and television, in English and Arabic. Built and owned the TV design system, refactored the MVP screens onto it, and worked with QA so shipped builds matched spec.

Luxury retail

Chalhoub group

Started out in quality assurance, connecting systems through Mule ESB and mapping the integration architecture behind them. Wrote and automated test suites in Selenium, the engineering grounding design still runs on.
